 2024 – EverHelp: Customer Support Representative
Assisted customers with account, billing, and general inquiries,
providing clear and effective support. Troubleshot user issues and
collaborated with the technical team to ensure swift resolutions.
Managed support tickets, maintaining timely and professional
communication. Utilized internal tools to track, document, and
resolve customer concerns efficiently.

 2020-2023 – Freelance Translator
 Translated various documents and texts for clients, focusing on
accuracy and clarity. Worked on different types of content, including
general texts, articles, and some technical materials. Managed
deadlines and maintained communication with clients to ensure their
needs were met.

 2019 – C.A.S.T.L.E. Camp
Took part in an English language camp, helping organize activities
aimed at improving students’ spoken English. Assisted in workshops
and group discussions to encourage language practice in an informal
setting.
