PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

I am an experienced management professional with a wealth of commercial and projects-based
experience that has been gained in the IT/Software, Logistics and Construction sectors. My early
construction skills were acquired in the Heavy Plant and Civil Engineering sectors whilst serving as a
Royal Engineer in the British Army from 1992 to 1996. I have gained around 16 years of construction
experience over roughly 35 years and have worked on various Highways & Civil Engineering Projects. I
have also gained around 15 years of Logistics Experience in Road Transport, Storage, Groupage, Home
Removals, International Container Shipping, Inventory, Route Planning, CRM & ERP, Software
Architecture & Design, Cryptocurrency Mining & Blockchain, IT Operations & Call Center and Project
Management. I’m comfortable and competent with working in Technical IT Projects, Logistics Projects,
Power Projects, Construction & Civil Enginering Projects or Highways Projects.

RECENT FREELANCE CONTRACTS

• April 2025 to Present – Glassgow, Scotland - Civils/Substation Site Manager - SKED Construction,
for SPEN (Scottish Power Energy Networks) - Drumcross. Bund Replacement/Improvements works.
• October 2024 to April 2025 - Inverness, Scotland - Civils/Substation Site Manager SKED
Construction, for SSEN (Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks) 132kV Reinforcement Project,
a Civils/Substation upgrade in Beauly, Scotland. Arranging Temporary Works, dealing with Sub-
Contractors PM and PC affairs, raising RFI’s/TQ’s. Raising NEC Early Warnings and
Negotiating/Logging Compensation Events. The running site registers such LOLER and PURER, writing
and adjusting RAMS, Health and Safety Inspections and Interventions. Reporting to Management,
daily site diary updates, ITP’s, drafting online forms and Attending Site Meetings, sub-contractor
interface with PC, Toolbox Talks and Inductions. H&S Investigations, route cause analysis and sub-
contractor improvement programmes, liaison with PC to make day to day H&S improvements.
• August to October 2024 – Cambridge - Nightshift Manager Highways – Milestone Infrastructure
the Principal Contractor– Day and Nightshift Cover for Surfacing Works in Cambridge. Works
included finishing & remedial works for small works, overseeing and managing the groundworks
contractors, paco patch and white line contractors, etc., to prepare the section for handover to the
client. Duties included Day-to-day liaisons with Site Engineers, Works Managers, Traffic
Management Managers, & Supervisors, ensuring compliance with NRSWA. 3 Months Contract
Completed.
• February to August 2024 – Manchester - Construction Logistics Manager - Mc Kean Developments
- in Manchester, UK – My Duties are mainly office-based; my duties include reviewing existing
company documentation and revising the CLP (Construction Logistics Plan) for 9 Tower Blocks. I
dealt with the Client's Representative, Several External Health and Safety Entities on behalf of the PC
concerning all construction Logistics and keeping the site compliant with H&S, CDM 2015

 Regulations and CLOCS. I organised temporary traffic plans & road closures with the Local Planning
Authority (LPA). 4 Months Contract Completed.

01/04/2022 – 01/12/2023 – PROJECT MANAGER – HUMANITARIAN AID ORGANISATION UKRAINE

• Preparation of OHS documentation, Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Update risk and
issues registers. Set up Project Management Software in Monday.com.
• Procure and mechanically prepare vehicles for final delivery of 4x4 vehicles from the UK to
Ukraine, Organising Documentation and Customs Clearance in the EU to Ukraine.
• We collect aid from EU border countries and organise customs clearance and delivery.
Negotiation with Customs Authorities EU and Ukraine to formalise Official Clearance.
• Liaison with Ukrainian Local Authorities, the mayor in Kyiv, and other charities in Kyiv and Odesa
to unload into distribution centres and assist with Inventory handover and updating partners'
CRM and/or ERP systems. Liaison with NHS UK upon delivery to Ukraine and Public Relations.

2020 to 01/04/2022 - STAKEHOLDER / PPROJECT MANAGER – CRYPTOCURRANCEY MINING FARM

Project Managed two Electrical Setups in Bulgaria for 100 GPU Machines and two IT Technical Setups at
https://enegix.net/en, based in Kazakhstan for 650 machines using approximately 1 MW/h. Responsible
as the technical lead for around 1.5 million GBP value of equipment from the Distribution Panels within
the Crypto Farms through to distributed electrical power to individual miners on racks.

• Connection to Low Voltage incoming supply Power Distribution Units (PDUs) to individual
mining ASIC Miner Rigs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) operations, optimised devices
with best Algorithms for efficient Cryptocurrency Mining such as Bitcoin.
• Ensured Machines Hash rate (computational power used for mining) was measured in hashes
per second (e.g., TH/s or PH/s) and set DevOps/Networking and monitoring to ensure uptime to
ensure the farm operated without unnecessary power interruptions.
• Set Up Project Management Software, daily, weekly and monthly technical inspections and
quality checks for new installations for both GPU Rigs and ASIC Rigs.

2014 to 27/07/2022 - MANAGING DIRECTOR – UK – EU – UA – LOGISTICS BUINESS

nternational Home Removals-related business, which transitioned into a technology-based company,
peaking at approximately 6 million Euros in revenue Pre-Pandemic with more than 5 years of growth at
more than 60% year-on-year. Cross-border sales revenue was managed in several International
Jurisdictions, including Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, India & the UK. Business Valuation of 24m Euros in
2019.

• Developed and motivated a talented team which peaked in high season at around 90 people
based across several EU-based offices, one in Ukraine and another in India, consistently
achieving 50% + revenue growth year on year.
• Implemented and developed 3rd party ERP/CRM and then transitioned to own system built on
PHP, worked with in-house developers using Agile Project Management Methodology.
• Designed and created digital architecture to create digital solutions with third-party and in-
house built systems to MPV (minimum viable product) to return the workforce to BAU.

 • Set Project management software and Kanban Boards to set up systems for triage and plan and
prioritise fixes as business demands and priorities dictated. Set up Macros and external Micro
Services, which ran via API feeds, and bug-fixed them with Developers.
• Achieved a 21-million-pound Company Valuation over seven years; the business was appraised
