1. Maintenance of the equipment of heat substantions:
- maintenance of automatic control cabinets (operation, determination of the causes of alarms, replacement of components);
- Setting up of weather-dependent controllers (RAUT, Danfoss, Siemens, Segnetics - Terraintech, Pixel, Schnieder, Honeywell) for heating and hot water supply;
- monitoring of operation of pumps, temperature and pressure regulators;
- checking of correct operation of pressure and temperature sensors;
- control of water temperature in heating and hot water systems;
- checking of electrical connections;
- maintenance of heat meters;
- detecting of gusts and leaks - applying of clamps, replacing of gaskets, repacking of threaded connections;
- taking readings of heat meters;
- identification of the causes of emergencies and their elimination.
2. Preparation of heat substations for the heating season:
- defecting of equipment and drawing up defect reports;
- replacement of defective pressure gauges, thermometers, pressure taps;
- replacement of pipeline fittings;
- cleaning of filters and mud traps;
- flushing of heat exchangers;
- maintenance of expansion tanks;
- conducting of hydraulic tests;
- maintenance of automation cabinets and instrumentation and control devices;
- restoration of thermal insulation of pipelines.
3. Commissioning of new heating stations:
- Setting up of automation devices (controllers, pressure regulators, pump frequency regulators);
- installation of restrictive diaphragms;
- cranking of pumps;
- pumping of air into the expansion tanks;
- instructing of operationa personnel.
