 Assessment Administration:
Implement various assessments (CES, Marlins, APRA, Talent test, etc.) to evaluate candidate
skills and competencies.
 Language Proficiency Evaluation:
Assess candidates' oral and written English language skills to determine communication
proficiency.
 Document Verification:
Validate candidates' documents and certificates while verifying their professional experience.
 Administrative Compliance:
Complete necessary company forms and checklists to maintain organizational standards and
compliance.
 Report Generation:
Create and complete monthly reports to track recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
