Interview Coordination:
Schedule and assign interviews and assessments to shortlisted candidates, facilitating an
organized selection process.
Candidate Communication:
Maintain clear and professional correspondence with each candidate throughout the selection
process.
Preparation for Interviews and Tests:
Equip candidates with essential information and resources to ensure they are well-prepared for
their assessments and interviews.
Assessment Administration:
Implement various assessments (CES, Marlins, APRA, Talent test, etc.) to evaluate candidate
skills and competencies.
Language Proficiency Evaluation:
Assess candidates' oral and written English language skills to determine communication
proficiency.
Document Verification:
Validate candidates' documents and certificates while verifying their professional experience.
Administrative Compliance:
Complete necessary company forms and checklists to maintain organizational standards and
compliance.
Report Generation:
Create and complete monthly reports to track recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
