A web-based platform for car rental agencies designed to automate
monthly reporting and simplify the management of bookings, vehicles,
and staff performance.
Initially built using AWS serverless technologies, the system is being
migrated to a containerized microservices architecture.
The platform supports multiple agencies with customizable features,
ensuring flexibility across different locations. Development is organized
in 2-weeks sprints with regular demos, focusing on usability, data
accuracy, and business scalability.
I served as the team lead, guiding a team of 2 frontend engineers, 2
backend developers, and 1 QA engineer through sprint planning,
implementation, and regular demos.
Developed and structured the frontend application from scratch using React, Vite, TS
Configured CI/CD pipelines for the front-end using KubeRocketCI
Designed and implemented unit testing infrastructure, ensuring robust component coverage
Integrated front-end with backend APIs for seamless functionality
Built core UI features while ensuring responsive design, and accessibility
