November 2022 - present time - Manual QA apps at "Ajax Systems"
 Designed and executed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for mobile and desktop
applications.
 Identified, documented, and tracked 400+ bugs using Jira.
 Participated in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
 Held demonstrations based on the results of implementing and testing new features.
March 2020 - January 2021 - Support Analyst at ''Terrasoft Ukraine"
 Processed customer requests, reproduced their bugs, and transferred issues to developers.
 Made SQL queries to the database and used DevTools for error analysis.
