PROFILE
In Canva, there was a space that I had to fill with some
information about myself. To be honest with you, I had
absolutely no idea what to put, so I decided to describe
myself a bit. I'm an easy-going person, somewhat lazy, and
quite optimistic. Therefore, I like to get things done quickly so
I can have some time to spare. Also, I stand by the principle
that if you want to do something, you need to do it perfectly;
otherwise, why bother starting?

2023 – now

I usually work with children 10-13 years. Initially, my primary focus
was on improving my pupils' English speaking skills. Later on, the
focus of my work shifted to general English, including grammar,
comprehension, etc. I have developed a system for learning English
and am making progress with it.

Commission, I was introduced as the head of the HR Department.
My primary responsibilities included organising the internal life of
the organisation, resolving conflicts at all levels, managing the
recruitment process, and coming up with creative ideas to do so.
During my cadency, the organisation had the most members since
its creation. I completely revamped the recruitment process, starting
EDUCATION with the role of interviewer and ending with the script which was
used during interviews.

Bachelor of Psychology My primary responsibility was to provide psychological help to the
children of soldiers, refugees and, in general, to those who have
faced the harsh reality of war. From the work perspective, I had to
establish contact with children, find a common language with them,
provide them with psychological assistance according to the script,
SKILLS and answer all questions, whether convenient or not. From an
organisational perspective, I had to establish communication with

with children, in which I described everything that happened,

I was hired by my tutor to be her assistant. My responsibilities
included checking homework, guiding pupils if they had any
questions, providing additional explanations on various topics, and
directing a speaking club. Additionally, I was responsible for
preparing students for English assessment tests, such as IELTS and
Pearson.
