Technical sales representative, Transcom (2024/04-2024/11)

As technical sales representative I worked with incoming calls from our sales channel,
these calls could sometimes be from English speaking customers but mostly Swedish.
My duties was to guide the customer on the more technical aspect of their purchase
and answer any questions they might have, this later included also troubleshooting
their product in after sales calls if they had any issues at all related to their product or
purchase. I achieved high customer satisfaction early, with my best month being June
with 93% satisfaction-rate on 36 surveys.

Volunteer, Kherson (2023/08-2024/04)

I decided quite early in the war that I would go down. So when a window opened, I
took the chance and packed my bags and flew down to Poland, then on to Ukraine by
bus. The occupations down in Kherson, Ukraine included, among other things,
evacuations under active artillery fire, rebuilding roofs that were shot down the night
before, delivery of material to hospitals, villages and military battalions, among
others. Diplomas and contracts are available to reinforce my stay and duties in
Ukraine.

Maintenance mechanic, Algolan AB (2022/11-2023-08)

Before I finished my degree in welding from the local technical college I got hired as
a maintenance mechanic for a contractor in my town, we had contracts with sawmills,
power plants and paper mills.

Our job was to do maintenance work on these facilities which sometimes included
changing the screw conveyors, manufacturing a new screw (which could be up to 30
meters long), and making sure the quality of the weld was up to standard.

Part of the support group for handling the Nordic side for iOS, iPadOS and MacOS products.,
while also handling special billing inquiries. Won best satisfaction rate on my channel and got
promoted to another support channel to handle other products in our product line.

Originally part of the best sales/support team (won customer award for the highest CSAT in
2021) of Sweden's largest internet service provider, selling on incoming calls. But also
working as a technical support. During the summer months, I’ve been heavily focused on
technical support together with the greatest and most competent support-team in our
company.

My day usually also revolved around assessing people’s eligibility for new “loans” for their
mobile phones, based upon income, previous loan history etc.

Working with one of at the time most influential and leading phone manufacturers, helping
their customers with everyday problems or answering the questions they might have. During
which I took on both incoming phone calls, emails and chats. And also did escalation errands
if needed.

As part of my school's internship in any given field, I was at the time very interested in
marketing. In which I took on the responsibility to find a little project of my own as they
didn’t have any at the time for me to work on. I found myself working as a consultant in
internet marketing, mostly social media. Even though I didn’t have any kind of knowledge in
the field at all. I did have some ideas of what could be done differently. Discussing these
ideas with the restaurant I worked for. And some they even implemented later on.

High school/Gymnasium (Thoren innovation school)- IT, 2 years. (basic programming of
HTML, and inner workings of network infrastructure)

Folk high school (Bollnäs folkhögskola)- Studying subjects to qualify for University, 1 year.
Did math, and advanced English studies. Finished with a score of 3/4 (4=really good)
