Managing Director

Main responsibilities include:
- Preparation of country budget (incl. P&L and PPA) and control of its execution;
- Ensuring the company keeps profitable;
- Financial and labor controlling;
- HR management;
- Reporting to the Board;
- Representation in local authorities.

Major achievements:
After several years of stagnation and losses, after the change of several directors I headed the company and in the first, after my appointment of the financial year, the ****** Ukraine made a profit. This became possible due to strict control over expenses, optimization of personnel, the return of bad debts and the turnover increasing.

After a violent fire in the logistics center, where the company's warehouse was located, in September 2017, all inventory, equipment and tools were destroyed by fire. Within 10 days, I and my team organized the delivery of a new batch of goods from Germany. I personally found at first a temporary, and after a permanent warehouse and office building, decided the issue with a loan from one of the foreign banks in Ukraine.

Thanks to my close work with Ukrainian and foreign insurance companies, the company received insurance compensation and close this financial year and seven next with a profit.

During the COVID-19 epidemic organized the company's operations under severe restrictions and lockdowns. Maintained sales and profitability at pre-COVID levels.

After the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, Feb. 2024, I joined an armed voluntary formation and for some time fulfilled the tasks assigned to me by my command.
After accomplishing these tasks, I returned to running the company and by mid-2023 had achieved, and to date exceeded, pre-war sales and profitability.

In 2023 I decided to terminate the company's work with the Russian business management program 1C and in 2025 completely transferred company's business to SAP Business One.

01.07.2001 to 31.05.2014

International holding ***** (Germany). The world leader in manufacturing of drainage systems, water treatment plants, pumping stations for sewage.

Major achievements:
- Stabile growth of turnover and profit before the economic crisis and during it;
- The company’s profit (RBT) in 2011 was the highest in the CEE group and reached 25% of turnover;
- Market share of the company at the moment is 43% in its segment of the market (by independent research).

06.06.2001 – 01.04.2002
Country Manager
Business startup; preparation set of documents for launching in Ukraine an affiliate with 100% foreign investment. Found and signed a lease agreement for the office and warehouse facilities of the future company. Registered *********** with local authorities and tax inspection. Opened a company bank account. Hired the core personnel (Chief accountant, head of sales dept., office administration). Personally start to creation the dealers network. Due to my efforts, ****** participated in its first major project in Ukraine – reconstruction of Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv.
