More that 5 years of experience in web development. With main focus on FE/Javascript
(React, Vue, vanilla stuff), but also Backend (Python/Django, sometimes PHP–- Kirby/WP).
I have worked in both large and small teams as well as a freelancer. In case a formal education
is of any use, I also hold B.Sc in Computer Science from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Besides typical web dev, I like to experiment with WebGL. In the past I have organized
WebGL workshops, where I have taught basics of shaders and also took part in Creative Code
Berlin (creativecode.berlin) meet-ups.

I have solid understanding of CS fundamentals and programming patterns: algorithms, data
structures, time & memory constraints. In addition to that I have good understanding of core
web principles — rendering, DOM, profiling performance.

My English level is comparable to that of a native speaker (C2). I can translate texts of any
complexity and topic. In fact I even had a short stint working as a Ukrainian/English pair
translator (with Médecins sans Frontières) a few years ago – performing consecutive oral
translation for business meetings, trainings, outpatient consultations as well as translating
written documents, accounting documents and beyond.

Freelance Developer / Studio co-founder / antechamber.space

• Developed multiple personal/corporate websites from scratch for clients across
Ukraine, UK and USA. Redesigned separate pages, sections and implemented custom
animations (see. website for more portfolio examples).
• Tech stack differs from one case to another, but usually it’s Vue, React. Sometimes
backend with Kirby (PHP) and Wordpress.
• Developed an interactive animation prototype “Meandering River” for onformative
(onformative.com) using WebGL and Processing.

2017

 • Developed websites and apps with React/TypeScript stack as well as Next.js. Core
corporate clients: Red Bull, Spotify, H&M.
• Worked with Postgres, MongoDB, AWS, GraphQL and Firebase for data storage/
management.
• Utilized Docker, configured webpack and CI/CD pipeline that we had.
• Maintained test coverage of the code

2015
Web Extension Developer / Grammarly grammarly.com
• Worked on the Browser Extension Plugin team, providing Grammarly functionality to
every web page.
• Tightly collaborated with test department and client support for pinpoint issues and
resolve them.
• Worked with legacy code, removed technical debt. A lot of work was related to custom
vanilla JS components and libraries that were part of the codebase.
• Maintained test coverage, configured and improved CI/CD that used Jenkins to build a
single codebase for multiple web browsers.
