PROJECTS

ShopEase E-commerce Database
Database Design: Designed and implemented a normalized relational database (3NF) for an online retail
platform.
Business Logic: Developed PL/pgSQL triggers and stored functions to automate inventory updates upon
order creation and validate transaction integrity.
Constraints: Enforced data integrity rules using foreign keys, check constraints, and unique indexes to
prevent data anomalies.

Sales Performance Dashboard in Power BI
Data Modeling: designed a star schema data model and engineered complex DAX measures to calculate high-
level metrics like churn rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment(ROI).
Visualization: Created an interactive report to track regional performance, utilizing dynamic filters and drill-
downs.
Key Insight: Identified a strategic opportunity in the Mexican market, which generates 27% of total profit with
only 12% of the customer base. Analysis revealed that Mexican customers have a 10% Churn Rate (vs. 46% in
Canada), resulting in significantly higher LTV.
