Professional Experience---

EPAM Systems, kyiv, ukraine Aug 2019 – Sep 2024

Director, Technology Solutions
Aug 2019 – Sep 2024

Upon returning to Ukraine, I continued to serve as Technology Director, extending my leadership across both existing and new Canadian and U.S.-based enterprise clients. During this period, I successfully led the end-to-end delivery of a major digital transformation program for Green Shield Canada, overseeing the modernization and migration of legacy systems to a new enterprise platform based on Microsoft .NET technologies.

This initiative focused on the redevelopment of a mission-critical internal portal for insurance policy management, serving both Canadian and U.S. markets. The solution significantly enhanced operational efficiency, user experience, and scalability, aligning with evolving business and compliance requirements.

I directed a high-performing, globally distributed team of 150+ engineers and solution architects, providing strategic guidance across architecture design, development, quality assurance, DevOps, and deployment. My responsibilities included:

Defining the technical vision and delivery strategy in close collaboration with client leadership and internal stakeholders.

Driving architecture modernization, data integration, and interoperability across systems.

Establishing robust governance frameworks, engineering standards, and KPIs to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.

Acting as a trusted technology partner, advising C-level executives on platform evolution, risk mitigation, and future-state planning.

This program set a new benchmark for enterprise delivery within the healthcare and insurance verticals, reinforcing EPAM’s reputation as a premier engineering and consulting partner in North America.

Maintained daily communication with client stakeholders, covering both technical and business domains, and engaging across multiple levels of seniority—from operational management to C-level executives. Served as a central point of coordination, ensuring alignment between delivery teams and client expectations.

Provided executive-level transparency, managed escalations, and acted as a proactive troubleshooter, swiftly resolving issues and removing delivery roadblocks. Additionally, I governed internal and external communication workflows, fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement across the program.

Oversaw the end-to-end solution architecture, technology strategy, and execution planning across a diverse portfolio of digital transformation initiatives. Acted as a trusted technology advisor, bridging complex business needs with scalable, future-proof engineering solutions.

Led globally distributed delivery teams of 300+ engineers across Eastern and Western Europe, India, and Canada, driving alignment across time zones, cultures, and technical disciplines. Defined and enforced enterprise-level engineering standards, delivery frameworks, and quality assurance practices to ensure consistent execution and operational excellence.
