Led the design and development of an Enterprise Resource Planning software platform for a dairy and agricultural business, which was used to manage a total of 80 businesses including 6 factories, 30
agricultural company’s, trading houses, an insurance company, and a management company.

• Led the successful design and delivery of the ERP system from capturing business requirements to concept design, through to delivery, to meet the needs of a range of internal stakeholders including the Finance team, Accounting team, Purchasing team, Marketing team, Owners of the company and external stakeholders (accounting firms from the world four)
• Successfully managed a team of 12 developers to complete the project on time and budget and also to manage the department's work to meet business objectives.
• Automated several business processes (warehouse operations, cash desk, bank, shipments, purchases, a full cycle of dairy production (production of hard cheeses, spreads, butter, condensed milk, powdered milk, returnable waste), a full cycle of production of an agricultural company (crop and livestock), procurement planning, pricing) which enabled the business to save money, work more efficiently and improve reliability.
• Consolidated data from the entire business (including many smaller companies) into one database, making faster and more reliable management decisions possible.
• Due to large volumes of data, many algorithm optimization tasks were successfully solved to aid with the smooth running of the system e.g., SQL query optimization, data storage organisation, code optimization, server hardware improvement/replacement.
• Developed and implemented a system to manage the work of the department and interact with internal customers (like Jira) to ensure that work was prioritized and delivered effectively.
