Summary I am an entry-level HR specialist focused on building a career in Human Resources. I have
completed the professional course “HR Generalist in IT” in Beetroot Academy, where I
gained practical knowledge of HR processes in an IT environment, including team
structure, internal communication, onboarding, and employee support across different
stages of work.

Through active involvement in Event and Social Departments, I gained hands-on experience
in employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and cross-functional
collaboration. I was involved in planning and coordinating projects from idea to execution,
working closely with different teams, aligning goals, and ensuring clear communication
throughout the process. This experience strengthened my ability to engage people, manage
multiple stakeholders, and support a positive team environment - skills that are relevant to
day-to-day HR work.
I am highly motivated to apply myknowledge in practice and grow professionally.

Experience Ukraine WOW october 2025-january 2026

I was an active part of the project, contributing to the research, curation, and presentation
of content that introduced a wide and diverse audience to Ukrainian history, as well as its
material and intangible cultural heritage. Through this work, I helped make complex
historical narratives and cultural practices accessible, engaging, and meaningful, fostering
deeper understanding and appreciation of Ukraine’s cultural identity.
