Company profile: Marubeni Zamine Service Ukraine provides heavy equipment rental,
maintenance, and technical support for Hitachi machinery used by Ferrexpo (iron ore mining
operations in Horishni Plavni, Poltava region).

● Analytics and reporting (Core BI Functions). Development, support, and optimization of
dashboards in Power BI for various management levels (operational, financial, technical, HR and
logistical indicators).
● Designed and maintained Power BI dashboards visualizing key operational and financial KPIs
(downtime, uptime, MTBF, repair costs, utilization rate).
● Control of consistency and accuracy of indicators between technical and financial bases.
● Designing ETL (extract-transform-load) processes between service databases, Excel/Google
Sheets, and Power BI.
● Data normalisation and cleansing (Data Cleaning, Quality Assurance).
● Collaborated with technical and financial departments to align data structures and automate
manual reporting processes.
● Developed a Turnover Risk indicator by question category and job category for HR managers to
track factors contributing to employee turnover based on survey data from current employees

 ● Developed and implemented an internal Audit Tracking System using Excel and Power BI to
monitor compliance and technical service performance across Ferrexpo sites, enabling real-time
visualisation of audit progress, overdue actions, and closure rates in Power BI. The solution
improved accountability and provided management and the Japanese headquarters with
transparent KPI dashboards for quality and safety audits.
● Training staff to work with dashboards and correctly interpret indicators.
● Maintaining analytical databases on repairs, fuel, lubricant costs, and Warehouse databases in
Excel.
