About me and me experience in trucking businesses:
- Started working in December 2020
- The first 2 years with dry vans and reefer trailers, untill now with opendeck platforms (SD, FB, CN)
- 95% loads from loadboards. Have a couple brokers with whom work regularly.
- Oversize, partial loads is not a problem for me
- I know where the cheap and good area's in US
- I plan and coordinate the trip with owner and driver.
- If needed i work on the weekend, but usually I booked over the weekend load
- I don't cancel loads without a good reason, but if we really need it, I will do it. The main thing this is reputation of our MC#
- I build friendly relationships between owner, driver and dispatcher
- I always try to reach a shippers and receiver's
- The broker must to pay layover and detention, i control it
- email updates - regularly and without delays
- I need access to DAT, Truckstop and other brokers loadboards
- my motivation is my family
- location Ternopil, Ukraine.
- English, Ukrainian.
