Backend system for collecting, processing, and distributing test plans and software updates for variable turbine geometry stands. Designed and maintained production API with background processing, access control, CI/CD, and containerized deployment.

Has two subsystems:
A. Test Plan Collection Subsystem (est. 2021) is used for collecting, storing and processing test plans used to adjust variable turbine geometry.
B. Software Update Distribution Subsystem (est. 2025) is designed for remote commercialized software distribution of software for industrial machines.

Tech stack: Ruby on Rails 7, Devise, Pundit, RSpec, Redis, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Docker, Docker Swarm, GitHub Actions, VPS Hosting

Achievements:
•Migrated test plan storage from offline/manual formats to a web-based system, significantly reducing processing time and improving accessibility for engineering staff.
•Designed and implemented a remote software update distribution system for industrial machines, enabling commercial sale of updates and eliminating the need for on-site installations by specialists.
•Reduced operational costs and personnel travel while scaling software delivery to multiple clients.

2) Balance Tolerance Calculator (Commercial)

Engineering calculator compliant with ISO standards, delivered as a multilingual embeddable web widget for industrial clients.

Tech stack: React, Material UI, i18n, Netlify.

Standards: ISO 21940-21:2017 (Rotor balancing), ISO 14694:2005 (Industrial fans), ISO 43.040.50 (Transmissions, suspensions)

Achievements:
•Developed a specialized engineering calculator for rotor, driveshaft, and industrial fan balancing, compliant with ISO standards.
•Enabled maintenance specialists to visually and accurately determine balancing parameters, replacing manual calculations and reducing decision errors.

3) 3D Viewer Gutenberg Widget (Commercial)

Interactive 3D product viewer embedded into WordPress sites for industrial equipment presentation.
