company operations management.
● Leading the development of a CRM system from scratch, managing the full lifecycle
from concept to production.
● Maintaining and enhancing the system, currently adopted by 6+ companies in Moldova.
● Developing robust backend solutions using Django REST Framework, including an
advanced permission system, internal chat and notifications (WebSocket), and a
statistics dashboard for payments.
● Integrating third-party services such as CRM/ERP systems, payment gateways,
telephony APIs, instant messengers, and delivery services.
● Collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth operations and ongoing
