drafting to implementation, commissioning and maintenance. Active interaction with technical and
non-technical departments of the company to solve tasks of varying complexity. Setting tasks and Faculty of Radio Engineering
monitoring their implementation for contracted installation teams. 2020 - 2024
Working with tenders: selecting network equipment according to technical criteria, preparing
technical passports, describing completed and commissioning work. Coordinating changes to
existing networks, assessing risks and planning maintenance windows. Preparing technical
documentation — topological diagrams, equipment passports, and work completion reports.

Handling requests at the vendor technical support level. Administration of network monitoring and
management systems: HPE IMC, APC DCE, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer.

Raisecom network equipment (L2). Monitoring the progress of requests and interacting

and troubleshooting. Maintaining technical documentation.
