PROFESSIONAL Sourcing & Client Support Specialist
EXPERIENCE Logistics company (China–Ukraine trade) 2025
My main responsibilities in this position were to facilitate smooth communication
between international clients and Chinese suppliers. This included checking product
requirements, negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and coordinating with suppliers to
find optimal solutions. I worked closely with sales managers and cross-functional
teams to clarify customer needs, support transaction processes, and ensure accurate
documentation, including instructions and insurance-related materials. Facilitated
communication between internal teams and Chinese suppliers to provide accurate
handling of client requests as well.
Within the team, I was recognised for delivering fast, structured, and reliable work,
ensuring timely and accurate responses. I was frequently requested by managers from
cross-functional teams due to the high quality of my work and my strong sense of
responsibility. I also proactively communicated operational suggestions that helped
improve working conditions and strengthen the role of the China sourcing team within
the company.
