Profile:
I started my IT career as a Leadgen manager in 2020. I finished the Lead
Generation Courses in the “InventorSoft” company and was hired. I quickly understood
how IT sales departments work in different types of companies, especially outstaff and
outsource models.​
​ Learned how to set a multi-stage lead generation through LinkedIn, Email marketing,
and most importantly, Upwork. I also confidently maintain a profile on Upwork and Clutch
and find new potential customers. Additionally, I was speaking with clients when the
founder was unavailable. Then I understand that I have faced a wall where my
opportunities for self-development and contribution to the company are limited.
A new stage in my life began in October 2022 when I got into the MATOFFO
company as a Sales Lead and then Recruitment Lead. ​
So my main task was to build a lead generation/sales & Recruitment department from
scratch with all processes, integrations, scripts, and documentation. ​
​ It is important to emphasize that I also had experience managing three people
(Leadgenerator Specialist, Talent Searcher, and Junior Recruiter Specialist)
​ In my last company, Global Teams, I was responsible for building and developing,
automating, and managing the recruitment department from scratch
