I am an ambitious hard working individual seeking to develop my career. I have finished my Undergraduate and got a philology degree. I have lots of work experience that relate to the field of customer support, alongside wider administrative, legal and business skills. I am a confident, positive, stress-resistant, enthusiastic and sociable person. I am a good communicator and enjoy working in a team. I have strong administrative and organisational expertise, good time management and I am experienced in giving support and advice to customers, arranging meetings, training sessions, conferences and social events.
