Experience, short description:
§ 25 years of experience in accounting and tax accounting, including more than 10 years in large
companies on a consolidated tax system;
§ Experience in NGO (7 years);
§ Implementing improved financial processes, analyzing, forecasting and verifying project cost;
§ Launching accounting systems in the organization during expansion (recruitment, training, and
establishing document workflow);
§ Proficient in tax, accounting, and foreign economic activities related to import/export (humanitarian
activities/services/production/wholesale) under the general taxation system;
§ Experience in passing scheduled and unscheduled audits by regulatory authorities and donors;
§ HR management experience;
§ Confident user of the program BAS 8.2 CORP, 1C 8.2, 1C 7.7, MеDoc, Excel
§ Experience in improving and adapting the 1C 8.2 program to meet enterprise needs;
§ Language proficiency: Ukrainian, English (Intermediate plus).

Management of the accounting department.
Control and verification of reports to the tax office.
Accounting control for compliance with the accounting policy of the fund, donor requirements and the
legislation of Ukraine. Monthly control of accounting entries in the accounting system BAS Accounting and
Closing Period.
Approval of payment requests and control over the execution of payments.
Active participation in the process of improving communications between the departments of the fund,
forming an effective document flow.
 Participation in the process of creating, discussing and agreeing on the internal policies of the foundation.

preparation and submission of consolidated declarations to the State Tax Service.
Experience of administrative and judicial appeal of the decisions of the state fiscal service.
Conducting trainings for branch accountants on tax accounting.
July 1991- April 2004: Worked at different enterprises as a Chief Accountant for 2 years, Deputy Chief
Accountant for 8.5 years, Leading inspector for 1 year and Accountant for 8 months.
