Manual QA Engineer with 5 years of experience ensuring product quality across complex web systems.

the delivery process.
Collaborated closely with stakeholders to analyze business
requirements and translate them into effective test
strategies.
Acted as a decision-making partner for Product, Tech, and
UX teams, reviewing proposals, providing risk-based
recommendations, and approving quality-related decisions.

QA Engineer
I tested web applications, created and updated test cases
and checklists. I used Swagger and Postman for API testing,
TestRail for writing and updating test documentation and
for regression testing, Jira for managing tasks and bugs.
Utilized GitHub for code change tracking and impact
analysis, while leveraging Grafana and AWS for log
monitoring and root cause investigation of backend issues.
Created and updated end-to-end project documentation in
Confluence to ensure seamless team onboarding and
alignment. Completed the test tasks and reported the test
