Hi there! I design complex systems where correct outcomes emerge naturally, and errors become structurally unlikely.

My work focuses on high‑stakes B2B products — ERP platforms, cybersecurity systems, and operational tools — where speed, accuracy, and reliability matter more than surface‑level usability.

I approach product design as a systems and invention problem. Instead of optimizing screens or polishing flows, I look for structural contradictions inside the product that make correct actions difficult and mistakes inevitable. I then redesign the system so those contradictions disappear.

I design for real operating conditions — noise, interruptions, stress, motion, and cognitive overload — and aim to make wrong actions impossible rather than relying on instructions, warnings, or sustained user attention.

My background spans product architecture, information structure, interaction logic, and visual systems. I collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complexity into clarity and scalable results.
