was involved in recruitment: sourcing candidates, participating in interviews, and HR-related work like

● Owned the full hiring process - turning an undefined need into a structured recruitment
plan
● Researched assistant role types, defined key competencies, and built a competency-based
interview plan
● Performed salary benchmarking using job-board statistics and candidate data to ensure a
competitive offer
● Created a brand-consistent job description and a communication strategy targeting the
client’s media audience
● Built a streamlined application flow via Google Forms with automated responses to improve

● Proposed and executed a three-step process: CV screening → test task (co-developed with
the client) → final interview

Co-founded an international architectural visualization studio with a partner, starting with B2B sales
and later expanding into HR and operations as the studio grew. Developed the studio’s HR and

a core team of 10 specialists. My partner led production and client delivery, while I ensured team
alignment and internal efficiency.
