I'm looking to continue developing my HR experience in a company that sees HR as key to growth
and culture, where I can also improve my knowledge and skills. As a previous business co-owner, I
was involved in recruitment: sourcing candidates, participating in interviews, and HR-related work like
onboarding, team communication, and setting up internal workflows.

This experience made me realize how much I enjoy working with people and building processes that
help a business run smoothly. I'm willing to grow in this field, become part of an experienced HR team,

●​ Owned the full hiring process - turning an undefined need into a structured recruitment

●​ Researched assistant role types, defined key competencies, and built a competency-based
interview plan​

●​ Performed salary benchmarking using job-board statistics and candidate data to ensure a

Co-founded an international architectural visualization studio with a partner, starting with B2B sales
