WORK EXPERIENCE:

January 2023 – December 2025– Senior HR Officer of NGO “FHI 360”, Odesa Ukraine
I started in this organization as an assistant and after 10 months I have been promoted to the position of Senior Officer in December 2023.
Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing job postings for publications, sourcing and selecting suitable candidates. Appointing and conducting interviews. During my work, the number of staff has grown from 49 people to 260 today. We have entered new search platforms, we also often use the method of direct search for candidates to get the best staff to the team. We have also created an internal database of candidates and CVs
• Updating and implementing internal HR policies and procedures that comply with legislation and corporate culture.
An onboarding policy has been developed and continues to be improved, which allows new employees to fit into the team and all processes more quickly and easily. A recruitment procedure for both employees and consultants has been developed and implemented.
• Management of HR documents and reporting
In the summer of 2024 we switched to a system of employee records in the JSolution program. I transferred the entire employee database for the previous year, the database of orders for the whole organization. At the moment, all employee records (hiring, dismissal, promotion, vacation schedule, orders, etc.) are kept in the program and kept up to date. Also at the moment such a database is being developed and transferred for consultants. All trackers used for work are also kept up to date.

2022-2022 – HR/Fin Assistant at NGO “Doctors Without Borders (MSF)”, Kriviy Rih, Ukraine
• Preparing job descriptions for publication on the sites, the initial selection of candidates, phone and face-to-face interviews
• Prepare employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements.
• Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up-to-date.
• Follow up all contract dates and inform the Administration Manager about payments and renewals.
• Encode cash and bank payment in the Organization’s accounting software.
• Execute legal related tasks, under supervision of the Administrator Manager, checking payroll calculations and updating personal files in order to ensure accuracy, compliance and on time payments

2022 –Document Control Manager at “AirProducts” Ukraine(the contract was stopped due to military action)

• Work with the Client's team and contractors at the site to ensure that all documentation control functions at the site are performed.
• Preparation, maintenance, storage of reports and documentation, in particular drawings, features and drawings using the company's document management system (EDMS) (OpenText) on behalf of the project team
• Management and maintenance of records, documents and registers at the facility in accordance with the functions and responsibilities of the potential project
• Assistance in the preparation of accurate and transparent monthly reports on the technical condition, progress of work and their quality.
• Assistance in conducting project audits.
• General office work as needed

2019-2022 – Documentation Assistant |Document Control Manager at Wind Farm Construction “SyvashEnergoProm” Ukraine
In 2019, began my engagement as Documentation Assistant with Power China, which was the main contractor for the construction of a 63-turbine wind farm. When the contract between Pover China and SivashEnergoprom was terminated in 2020, I joined the customer's team as the sole document control manager. I collected a complete package of documentation for the entire wind farm, created an electronic version of the archive, which was approved by the company supervisor and the government. I also compiled the paper archive, which consisted of: substation, 63 foundations, 63 platforms, 63 equipment and elements for the turbine, 12 cable groups, 42 roads, and other documentation.
