My name is Ihor Sytnik.
Summary
I graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv
Polytechnic Institute" with a master's degree in software engineering in 2024.
The majority of my skills were acquired during my university courses and working on
my own projects.
BPM Pega technology skills were acquired and improved during my work as a Pega
Developer at DXC Luxoft.
Rocksolid AR (development of AR applications for in-vehicle screens) skills were
acquired and improved during my work as a Technical Artist at DXC Luxoft.
Java skills were acquired during my university years, working on the tasks given by
the professors and improved while working on my own projects and during my job as a
freelance/full-time Java developer at DataOx.
I also worked on personal web-scraper projects on Python
(https://github.com/IhorSytnik/tf2t), where I used requests, Selenium and
BeautifulSoup and on Java (https://github.com/IhorSytnik/tf2tj), where I used Spring
Boot, Selenium, Jsoup, Maven, WebFlux for requests and JUnit/Mockito for tests.

Personal and ●​ Worked on multiple web applications throughout University, using Laravel
framework (PHP), Spring (Java) with MySQL database, Hibernate, Vaadin and
University Maven.
Experience
●​ Acquired experience in unit testing using JUnit and integration testing using
Mockito.
●​ Worked on Java projects where I learnt the basics of streams and asynchronous
programming using CompletableFuture and Threads.
●​ Was part of a three-member team through which I gained experience in teamwork
and collaborative development, and I also got a better understanding of Git.
●​ Gained experience with C# and developing user interfaces with XAML.
●​ Gained a deep understanding of HTTP requests, and their methods (GET, POST,
PUT, etc.) during the duration of my undergraduate program.
●​ Developed a web scraper with Python, using Selenium, BeautifulSoup and
requests modules. The program was used to compare prices on two virtual item
trading websites to determine any price differentials and also scrape additional
information about the listings. Plus, it did buying and selling, using Steam trading.
The same pet project is being developed in Java, using Spring Framework.
