production coordination. Proven ability to organize and lead a small-scale production team (up to 12
technicians), ensuring efficient workflow and consistent output. Deep understanding of the full production
cycle — from mechanical assembly and electronics integration to configuration, testing, and quality
control. Reliable team player with the ability to onboard and bring additional skilled assemblers when
required.

Production Experience
Independent Drone Manufacturing Project — Ukraine (2024–2025)
- Established and optimized production workflow with a capacity of up to 2,000 FPV drones per month
- Managed and supervised a team of up to 12 technicians
- Operated in high-demand, time-critical production environment
- Actively involved in all key stages of drone manufacturing

- Carbon frame assembly
- Motor installation and alignment
- Conformal coating of electronic components
- Precision soldering, cleaning, and joint protection
- Final assembly (camera systems, antennas, electronic boards)
- ESC and flight controller configuration
