Hi, i'm Alex, Senior UX/UI Designer & Team Lead with over 10 years of experience. My main goal is connecting client's business goals with user's needs by building intuitive interfaces for scalable products based on deep research and analysis within available budget.

Few facts about me:
- Created more than 60 Web projects (Landing pages, E-commerce and Business websites etc.)
- Designed 20+ Apps (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, Android).
- Directly communicated with clients from around the world (Europe, West Asia, North and South America, Australia). Design solutions and suggestions presentation, negotiating about business ideas and their implementation, solving edge cases.
- Handled full project design lifecycle: idea discussion with team and client, research, estimating design stages duration and splitting them on milestones, creating moodboard, building information architecture and separating core MVP functionality from post MVP features, wireframing, UI design with preparation for handoff to developers (UI Kit, components, styles, variables, tokenization, guidelines etc.), interactive prototyping, preparing all materials that are required for investors pitch.
- Head of Design Department for 4 years. Built company design department from scratch. Interviewed designers during hiring process. Created requirements for vacancies. Created Onboarding and Offboarding plans templates.
