Main obligation:
•control full supply chain cycle of spare parts from France to Ukraine’s dealers;
•coordinate warehouse logistics process; participate in annually inventory;
•work in DMS: process dealers orders, make invoices, bills of lading, run returns, create cards for new spare parts, make re-grading acts, allowances acts, inventory acts, make reports, etc.;
•provide information support for dealers: availability of spare parts at the plant, delivery time, replacement of spare parts, back orders, control the duration of dealer power of attorney;
•organize claim process in case of shortage or damage of spare parts, provide credit notes;
•calculations of spare parts value and order placing in France in case of urgent dealer’s order (DHL);
•organize certifications of new and used trucks, spare parts;
•organize work according to the program of technical supervision for certification trucks;
•prepare permit letters for customs clearance from different organizations;
•work with brokers, manage customs clearance process;
•translate invoices from supplier, make appendix to the contract and other required letters;
•arrange payments for customs office and other organizations, control and coordinate documents flow (contracts, bills, acts etc.);
•prepare documents, needed for every day shipment of spare parts to dealers;
•make changes in accreditation card, needed for customs clearance process at Kiev Regional Custom;
•follow changes in custom and tax legislation.
