About Myself Briefly
•A fully-fledged Secondary School English Teacher using a communicative approach in teaching and making the process of learning fast-paced and real fun is at your service.
Education and Experience
* I have been teaching students in Kharkiv Scientific Lyseum for two years.
•I’m widely experienced in teaching learners of any ages and levels from real beginner to upper-intermediate.
•In 1995 being the 3d-year student of Pedagogical Institute I went to London School of English and studied there for 6 months. Two years later I graduated from Shevchenko Luhansk Pedagogical Institute and have a diploma as an English, Russian and Foreign Literature teacher. Since 1997 I have been working as a teacher of English at schools with a special profile in Foreign Languages.
•While working I’ve gained the experience of teaching English in aspects such as “Analytical Reading”, “ Spoken English”, “Literature of Great Britain”.
•I have been an EIT as well as Olympiad examiner since 1912.
•Besides, I also have a 2-year experience of an interpreter from English into Russian and Ukrainian and Russian and Ukrainian to English (working for a trading company).
Chief Principles of My Work
•Whatever I do I try to do accurately;
•I am eager to learn something new and really appreciate any opportunity to boost my language level;
•As a teacher, I can easily realize which obstacle doesn’t allow my student to be fluent in English and do my best to smooth the way for that. I focus on practice rather than boring explanations of grammar rules;
•I am a friendly and enthusiastic teacher who tries to adapt my style of teaching for each student, to encourage them to speak as much as possible and improve their creativity;
•I also try to create a positive atmosphere during the classes as I am entirely sure that when people feel comfortable they will be easier to progress in learning.
