Working with maps in the postgres database.

My task was to develop a microservice with a public API. The microservice was designed to implement trading strategies, including CopyTrading, Grid, and various technical indicators. I implemented it in such a way that any exchange could be connected via API, including exchanges like Binance, Bybit, and Gate.io.

The most challenging part was creating a universal balance calculation system for all exchanges, supporting both spot and perpetual trading, as well as reserving funds for trading with a single strategy only.

Americanflat - supplier / manufacturer of products with a design print. There are several hundred products and thousands of regularly updated design images. In order to avoid large expenses for the photographer, such photos are generated automatically. Initial mission was to speed up the creation of such photos to up to 5 000 images per hour,
considering the fact that the images are very large and their processing is very resource intensive.


During the work on the project, I managed to achieve the speed of image processing up to 2 000 images per minute. Also, the functionality was implemented that allows adding
previews for new products through the front-end. For convenience, the system is integrated with Dropbox and AWS S3 , which allows you to use the advantages of each of them.
