if needed; file preparation for delivery to the client, updating translation
memories, archiving, and updating project instructions.
 Performing quality assurance on internal and external linguists’ work;
analyzing and commenting third party reviews.
 Onboarding and educating new linguists; developing and adjusting
relevant instructions.
 Adopting new software and technologies for the sake of workflow
optimization, testing their efficiency and relevance for the company’s
