Experience (total - 15 years, humanitarian - 10 years):
1. INGO Premiere Urgence Internationale, Dnipro9 months
Deputy Protection Manager. From December 2024 till now
• team management, capacity building, technical guidance and support to the protection team (Protection Officer, Social Workers, Case Supervisor, and Case Officers)
• hiring new staff (Protection Officer, Social Worker)
• cooperating on behalf of PUI with local authorities and humanitarian actors
• adding the protection part to PMT and movement plan; raising the issues and suggesting solutions
• launched new activities, individual protection assistance and social taxi, from scratch
2. INGO FHI 360, Dnipro10 months
Senior Protection Officer. From February till December 2024
• supervised three officers and three assistants during distribution of 8,000 dignity kits and conducting GBV awareness-raising sessions for 2,000 vulnerable people
• implemented the civil society support project; 7 civil society organizations successfully received grant aid
• recruited members of the protection team and volunteers
• developed legal aid, general protection, and GBV case management standard operating procedures
3. IGO International Commission on Missing Persons, Remotely1 year, 1 month

• developed a database including more than 200 national and international organizations involved in missing persons' issues
• established partnerships with dozens of family associations and civil society organizations
• organized and conducted needs assessments, workshops, and informational sessions
