Responsibilities:

  • Searching and attracting new clients in need of software development;
  • Development and implementation of a sales strategy following the company’s goals;
  • Conducting negotiations and meetings with potential clients, demonstrating the company’s capabilities in the field of software development;
  • Preparation of commercial proposals and contracts;
  • Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients;
  • Analysis of the market and competitors, identification of new opportunities for growth;
  • Participation in industry conferences, tenders, and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT solutions or outsourcing software development services sales.
  • Knowledge of the IT market and emerging technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate and higher
