Now, as we expand, we’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Recruiter to help us find, onboard, and support the best drivers in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• English — B2+ (written & spoken)
• Spanish — preferred (Intermediate level = bonus pay)
• Resilience, multitasking, and a knack for handling high volumes of information
• Confident, talkative, and solution-oriented
• Strong time management & self-organization skills
• Prior experience in HR and recruitment is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting drivers according to company policy requirements
• Document collection, employment contract signing, CRM management
• Communicating with candidates and employees via calls, texts, and emails
• Supporting drivers with any work-related issues
• Skilled at managing drivers from the initial lead-in call through onboarding, encouraging them to bring more drivers to the team.
