About you:

  • English language proficiency at no less than Upper-Intermediate level
  • Experience working with clients in the B2B sector, preferably for at least 1−2 years.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of FEA would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles and the ability to optimize product deliveries.

What will you do:

  • Placing orders in the ERP system.
  • Verifying production requirements. Checking orders placed from stock before transferring to production.
  • Invoicing for prepayment. Monitoring prepayment entries.
  • Sending information to the client for PO creation. Verifying client POs.
  • Preparation of supporting materials for POs (hangers, special stickers in 1C, etc.)
  • Document preparation for logistics (invoices in 1C)
  • Assisting logistics in obtaining client authorization.
  • Sending assets per client requests (images, informational forms, samples, etc.)
  • Resolving issues with defective goods. Issuing credit notes.
  • Sending invoices for post-payment and debt control
  • Preparation for selling campaigns (sending and collecting samples, gisfts for/from showroom)
