Sales representative in Moving company

Moving company, located in 4 states is looking for salesperson for inbound and outbound calls.

Our moving company provides local services for private and commercial customers in Massachusetts, Texas, North Carolina, California and interstate moves to all 48 lower states. Our customers always get a full information about our services and transparent vision of how everything works with us. Now we are looking for sales representative with strong communication skills. Requirements:

• High speaking and writting level;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Abillity to work nightshifts;
• Positive attitude, critical thinking;
• At least 1 year in sales;
• Experience of communicating with US residents will be a plus.

Working conditions:

• Strong internet connection;
• Quiet working place;

Duties:

• Receive the requests through the phone call or crm-system, answer with all information and quote, using phone, text messages, e-mail and chats;
• Providing info to customers depending on our availability and type of request;
• Taking all the necessary information from client, win the job and put all the details in crm-system;
• Follow-up potential clients;
• Work with customer claims;

Work hours:

10-hours shift 8am-6pm CST, 5 days a week.

Compensation and probation:

$750 base rate + 1% of gross revenue + bonus.

2 months of probation period.
