Delivery Support Dispatcher (German Language)

You are the right candidate if you:

• Have experience in logistics, transport coordination, or customer support;
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle large amounts of information;
• Can make quick decisions in non-standard situations;
• Understand technological processes within a logistics company and want to improve service quality;
• Speak German at a B2 level or higher.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution of cargo pickup requests among couriers;
• Monitor routes and ensure successful pickups and deliveries;
• Provide support to couriers regarding the correct processing of waybills and conflict resolution;
• Consult on procedures for damaged goods, shortages, or force majeure situations;
• Handle unidentified or damaged shipments;
• Conduct calls to recipients to verify service quality and collect feedback.
