    Job description

    Our company is an international B2B platform delivering innovative solutions for the global iGaming industry. We are building a strong international team and are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter / Sourcer to help us attract top talent across technical and business roles.

    Responsibilities

    • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram, and other recruitment channels.
    • Review incoming applications and identify qualified candidates.
    • Publish vacancies across relevant job platforms and communities.
    • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and motivation.
    • Present job opportunities and discuss employment conditions with candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews with HR and Hiring Managers.
    • Collect candidate feedback and provide regular updates to the recruitment team.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

    • 6+ months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (or a strong interest in developing a career in recruitment).
    • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with multiple vacancies simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
    • English level B1+ or higher.
    • Experience recruiting for IT or iGaming positions will be an advantage.
