We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our growing logistics team!

🕒 Schedule: 7:00 AM — 6:00 PM (EST)

📋 Responsibilities

✅ Tracking drivers from pickup (PU) to delivery (DEL)

✅ Monitoring shipment statuses and updates

✅ Communicating with brokers, dispatchers, and drivers via phone & email

✅ Resolving operational and logistics-related issues in real time

✅ Ensuring smooth load coordination and on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

✔️ English proficiency is required

✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory
