CDL Driver Recruiter

We are Alpha Transportation, a young and ambitious company operating in the U.S. transportation industry. We specialize in car hauling and currently operate a fleet of 36 trucks, with plans for continued growth.

As our company expands, we are looking for a responsible, organized, and results-driven Recruiter with experience in hiring CDL drivers to join our team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience recruiting CDL drivers
• Intermediate or higher level of spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and effectively communicate with candidates
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset
• Availability to work U.S. business hours

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Owner-Operators and Company Drivers
• Work with candidate databases, job boards, Facebook, Telegram, and other recruiting channels
• Make cold calls to potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening
• Present the company’s employment and partnership opportunities to candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and prepare recruiting reports
• Meet established driver hiring targets
