USA Truck Drivers Recruiter

Our company is looking for an experienced professional for a remotely position of Drivers Recruiter

Basic requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages
• 2+ verified years of experience as Drivers Recruiter
• Knowledge of Tenstreet (or other CRM/HRM software)
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Time Tracker is a policy of the company.

Daily Duties:

• Drivers recruiting (locating potential employees who meet DOT and company standards, pre-screening, conducting interviews with prospective drivers)
• Utilizing social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
• Develop and oversee recruiting or referral programs
• Maintaining Drivers Personal records in Tenstreet
• Tracking drivers travel expenses
• Ensuring all drivers understand their duties and company rules about their position
• Managing and Tracking driver’s performance during initial training period
