About the job
Personal Assistant
20 000−22 000 UAH · plus benefits, incentives, and raises
Brian Benjamin Academy · Lviv · No office · Flexible hours · Task-based
You work with Brian Benjamin, founder of Brian Benjamin Academy, an American-run professional English school in Lviv. There is no office. Hours are flexible. The work covers the company and his personal life: calls, orders, pickups, contacts, follow-up, calendar, documents, and daily logistics.
English: B1/B2 minimum English is required on day one. You should be able to write a clear message and handle a phone call. You will use English every day with a native-speaking founder. English training through the academy is included.
Working with the founder
You work with one person, so communication is straightforward. He explains the task and is available when you have a question. You can ask for clarification. Work is reviewed so you know what to adjust next time.
The day changes, but you are not expected to already know the job. Tools, contacts, and routines are shown to you. The aim is a calm, organized week: things get ordered, picked up, written down, and followed up.
What you gain
- English. Daily use at work, including phone calls, plus academy training. B2 is enough to start.
- Business training. You see how the company handles clients, scheduling, documents, vendors, and follow-up.
- Contact work. You keep people organized and follow through until there is an answer.
- Network. The school works with Ukrainian companies (including IT / outsourcing teams), teachers, contractors, and university audiences. You will be in that communication when the task requires it.
- Other roles in the company. This role can lead to account management, client onboarding and retention, operations, or coordination, based on how the work is going.
- Benefits, incentives, and raises. Details at interview.
