    GON offers various services, ranging from quantitative consulting, real estate investing to wealth management. We have our origins and main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, but also have an office in Warsaw. Looking to expand in other countries as well. For this purpose we are looking for an executive assistant for the director. We have a easy going culture with a lot of flexibility, aimed at self-development and ingenuity.

    As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the manager and act as a trusted partner in a wide variety of activities. Rather than focusing on repetitive administrative work, you will help coordinate initiatives, support decision-making, facilitate communication, and contribute to projects that are important for the development of the organization.

    Your responsibilities

    • Supporting manager in the coordination and execution of projects, initiatives, and weekly priorities.
    • Helping the director with operating tasks. Join during travels and help in organizational and planning tasks.
    • Facilitating communication and coordination with colleagues, clients, and external partners while monitoring progress and follow-up actions.
