The Role We’re looking for a goal-oriented Project Manager to own and drive our internal projects, with a strong focus on marketing, our website, and digital growth. You’ll plan and analyze projects, keep the team accountable, and take responsibility for results and KPIs. This role suits someone who understands how websites, SEO, and development work, and who can manage developers and marketers with confidence.

What You’ll Do Plan, launch, analyze, and manage company projects from kickoff to completion Control the team’s work: make sure deadlines, priorities, and ownership are clear and met Take full responsibility for project KPIs and outcomes Manage marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, campaigns, and content Work with developers and contractors, set technical tasks, and review results Build and maintain workflows, boards, automations, and reporting in ClickUp Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up work: documentation, analysis, task preparation, and automation

What We’re Looking For A goal-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering results Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher) Project management experience with remote teams Experience working with the U.S. market or U.S.-based companies Background in marketing (digital marketing, SEO, content, or campaigns) Technical understanding of websites, SEO, and how the development process works and how developers operate Hands-on experience with ClickUp, WordPress, and Google Workspace Practical, confident use of Claude in daily work Strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication

Nice to Have Experience in legal services or professional services Experience creating SOPs and internal documentation Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
