Within two months the staff schedule was complete and personnel started

• The department has begun to fulfill orders immediately after the installation
of sophisticated equipment for packaging production by gravures method;
• Created team of workers for the production of special orders;
• With the joint efforts of staff we reached 5 percent waste (limit for start-up of 10 percent);
• Complete production process is organized (six months) and the Department began to
prepare for three-shift work;
