•Established benchmarks to evaluate performance and diagnostic tools to help identify and root cause performance issues in OSS/BSS domain.
•Designed performance test suite in Visual Studio Ultimate Load Test 2012 and monitored processor time, processor queue, privileged time, deferred procedure calls time, available m/bytes, pages/sec, page faults/sec, pool non-paged bytes, cache bytes, pool paged resident byes, data map hits, committed bytes, network bandwith mb/s, physical disk queues and time, and more.
•Analyzed memory exceptions, http-500 server errors, application server response, load script errors and database performance using IIS server and Visual Studio logs.
