QA Analyst/Performance Test Engineer (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solution with built-in capabilities for e-invoicing, 3-way matching of purchase orders/invoices/receipts, order and invoice management, existing ERP integration and sync, and electronic payment of invoices with ACH/credit card)

Responsibilities:
•Analyzed clients' requirements presented by business analysts to determine and estimate testing coverage to be executed in UAT and Production environments.
•Used Jira for sprints assignment, backlog tracking, user story readiness status and to estimate and document QA tasks: high-level scenarios, test case documentation, test case execution, defects regression.
•Used TFS to design core and custom implementation test cases for UAT and Production releases covering custom and newly added core features and distributed test cases within TFS repositories depending on core product or client specific features tested.
•Analyzed Web and application server logs, APConfig and ImportMasterConfig files, batch jobs logs, stored procedures code to identify errors, exceptions or missing logic in DEV/QA/UAT/PROD.
•Established benchmarks to evaluate performance and diagnostic tools to help identify and root cause performance issues in OSS/BSS domain.
•Designed performance test suite in Visual Studio Ultimate Load Test 2012 and monitored processor time, processor queue, privileged time, deferred procedure calls time, available m/bytes, pages/sec, page faults/sec, pool non-paged bytes, cache bytes, pool paged resident byes, data map hits, committed bytes, network bandwith mb/s, physical disk queues and time, and more.
•Analyzed memory exceptions, http-500 server errors, application server response, load script errors and database performance using IIS server and Visual Studio logs.
